Brewing Guide:
To make it at home, dry-roast unshelled barley over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until a fragrant aroma is released. Stir and shake pan occasionally to prevent burning. Use about 3 grams (2.5 teaspoons) for every 300 ml of water. Steep in boiling water for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing. It may be served warm or cold.
